Digital Products (E-books and Downloadable Materials)

All sales of digital products including E-books, downloadable guides, and online programs are final.
By purchasing and accessing a digital product, you agree that it will be available to you immediately, and you waive your right to cancel or request a refund under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Refunds will only be issued if the file is faulty, corrupted, or not as described, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
If you experience any technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact info@elzhanabn.com and well assist you promptly.

 

Personalised or Custom-Made Services

Certain items and services are created specifically for you, such as personalised nutrition plans, custom meal programs, or tailored coaching materials. These are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once your order has been confirmed.

This is in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exclude goods made to the consumers specifications or clearly personalisedfrom standard cancellation rights.

If you believe there has been an error with your order, please contact info@elzhanabn.com within 48 hours of purchase.

Damages and Issues

If a digital file you receive is inaccessible, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 daysof purchase. Well review the issue and either repair, replace, or reissue the correct file at no extra cost.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

Digital products once downloaded or accessed
Personalised or custom-made nutrition plans
Gift cards or promotional items

Refunds

Once weve reviewed your request, well notify you by email to confirm whether a refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
