BN Club ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by Elzhana BN, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ("BN Club" or the "App") and related services.

Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, as well as data generated automatically during your use of the App:

  • Account & Authentication Information: When you register an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. Authentication and database records are securely handled by Supabase.
  • Activity, Wellness, and Log Data: Information you log within the App, including saved recipes, completed workouts, progress logs, and preference settings.
  • Purchase and Subscription Information: We offer paid subscription tiers through Apple In-App Purchases and Google Play Billing. While we do not process or store your credit card or bank details directly, our subscription infrastructure provider, RevenueCat, collects anonymous transaction identifiers, purchase history, and subscription status to unlock premium entitlements.
  • Device and Technical Information: Basic technical information including device model, operating system version, and anonymous crash/error logs to maintain app stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • We use the collected information to:
  • Create, authenticate, and manage your account.
  • Deliver nutrition plans, recipe content, and workout guidance.
  • Verify your active subscription status and grant access to premium features.
  • Process password resets and essential transactional communications.
  • Improve application performance, fix bugs, and optimize user experience.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers strictly necessary to operate the App:

  • Supabase: Cloud database and authentication provider. Stores your account credentials, profile, and activity data.
  • RevenueCat: In-app subscription backend. Validates receipts with Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Apple App Store & Google Play Store: Process all subscription billing and payment transactions.
  • Sanity CMS: Content management platform used to host recipe and workout media.

Each third party is bound by strict confidentiality and data protection agreements compliant with standard industry regulations (including GDPR and CCPA where applicable).

4. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active.

How to Delete Your Account and Data: In accordance with Apple and Google developer guidelines, you have the right to permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time:

  1. Open the BN Club app.
  2. Navigate to Profile / Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Upon confirmation:

  • Your Supabase authentication record, profile, and logged workout/recipe history are permanently deleted from our primary databases.
  • Local session tokens and caches stored on your mobile device are cleared immediately.
  • Alternatively, you may request manual deletion by emailing info@elzhanabn.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."

Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active recurring subscription billed through Apple or Google. Subscriptions must be cancelled directly in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will immediately delete such information.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App following any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
