BN Club gives members access to workouts, guided workout plans, recipes, member perks and other wellness content.

Please include “BN Club” in the subject line of your email.
When reporting a technical issue, it is helpful to include:
• The email address associated with your BN Club account
• Your iPhone or iPad model
• Your iOS or iPadOS version
• Your BN Club app version
• A short description of what happened
• A screenshot, where helpful
Please do not send passwords, payment card details, Apple Account passwords or other sensitive authentication information.
Subscriptions and Billing
BN Club Pro subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are billed and managed by Apple.
You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription from:
Settings on your iPhone or iPad
→ your name / Apple Account
→ Subscriptions
→ BN Club
Subscription pricing and billing are handled by the App Store and may vary depending on your country or region.
If you believe there is a problem with an App Store payment, purchase or refund, Apple may need to handle the payment request directly.
Restore Purchases
If you have an active BN Club Pro subscription but the app is asking you to subscribe again:
1. Sign in to the BN Club account you normally use.
2. Open BN Club.
3. Go to Settings.
4. Tap Restore Purchases.
Account Access
If you are having trouble signing in, use the Forgot Password option on the BN Club login screen.
Account Deletion
You can delete your BN Club account directly inside the app:
Settings
→ Delete account
